Still not satisfied with our products? Or is the product damaged or broken? You can return the product to us within 14 days.

14 DAYS WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

You can exchange or return a product within 14 calendar days. It is important that the product is complete, unused and, in the case of coffee beans/ground coffee, in a closed and undamaged packaging. Once opened packages and products that are damaged or used are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Before you return an item, you must be in possession of a return number. You can request a return number via e-mail request it from our customer service or by completing the withdrawal form.

The cost of the return shipment

The costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. After receiving the return shipment, we will refund the purchase price including the shipping costs paid to us within 14 days.

Do you want to return an item?

Then we ask you to adhere to the following step-by-step plan.

  • Report via email or via het withdrawal form at our customer service that you want to return an item.

  • You will receive a confirmation of your request by e-mail.

  • You will receive instructions for shipping the item via email.

  • After receiving your shipment, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.

  • If desired, we will exchange the item, give you a voucher or refund the purchase amount within 14 days, depending on what you want.
     

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be exchanged and/or returned:

  • Consumables (including coffee) whose packaging has already been opened.

  • Redeemed or completed vouchers or vouchers.

  • Items that are used, damaged or incomplete.
